If a value is not in the system, it does not go on the page.

Inventing a one-off color or spacing breaks the promise that every value is governed. Instead we add the value to the token set first, where it can be named, reviewed, and reused.

This rule is strict on purpose. It is the reason a Frameworker site stays coherent as it grows.
